Marcos dos Santos Lino is Bachelor of Laws from University of São Paulo – USP (2007). He also holds a Master’s degree in Procedural Law from University of São Paulo – USP (2010). He is member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law – IBDP. Member of the São Paulo Lawyers Association – AASP. Member of the M&A and Corporate Restructuring Committee of the CAMARB – Business Mediation and Arbitration Chamber – Brazil.
