Why Join?

Brazil’s groundbreaking Law No. 15,042/2024 establishes a regulated carbon market framework, creating a new era of opportunities and obligations for businesses. This legislation enables companies to trade emission permits and carbon credits, opening strategic pathways for climate action and economic growth.

With Brazil committed to reducing net greenhouse gas emissions by 59-67% by 2035 (NDC commitment), understanding this regulatory landscape is essential for businesses operating in or with Brazil.

Our Mission: Connect people, share knowledge, and promote collaborative solutions between Brazil and the Belgium-Luxembourg region as we advance toward COP30.
