We assist foreign and local clients in implementing corporate structures or in the acquisition of existing companies for the investment and development of their activities in the forestry sector in Brazil, including, among others, planted forests, preservation of sustainable forestry management of native forests, carbon credit generation, participation in program for payment of environmental services, carrying out of legal due diligences in rural properties and forestry assets, negotiation and drafting of legal instruments related to the acquisition, rural lease or partnership having such assets as their scope, collaterals, agreements with suppliers, service renderers, agreements with offtakers, as well as investment agreements and corporate acts necessary for the implementation of the forestry projects and for the return of the invested equity.
