  • Over twenty years of experience, he was a prominent member of a renowned boutique Civil Litigation law firm in São Paulo and also practiced at full-service law firms with international operations.
  • Represented all highway concessionaires of the 1st and 2nd lots of state highway concessions in São Paulo and various federal concessionaires on diverse topics, notably in the sector-specific theme of infrastructure sharing.
  • Participated in one of the country’s first arbitrations involving a highway concessionaire and the grantor to discuss economic-financial rebalancing.
  • Acted in an arbitration with the amount discussed exceeding R$ 2 billion, encompassing major players in the retail market.
  • Acted in several sector-specific disputes involving key players in the pharmaceutical market within regulatory frameworks, including representation before the STF (Supreme Federal Court) as amicus curiae and discussions on trademarks and patents.
  • Represented a significant player in the industrial construction sector in pre-litigation consulting involving a global leader in logistics warehouses.
  • Acted in many judicial and arbitral disputes related to residential real estate developments by major players in residential construction in São Paulo.
  • Participated in lawsuits and arbitrations involving the construction of Small Hydroelectric Power Plants (PCHs) and photovoltaic power plants.
  • Represented some of the major players in the Brazilian agribusiness in public civil actions and strategic actions involving suppliers and agricultural producers, including defense of guarantees in judicial recovery (Chapter 11).
  • Engaged in a complex and intense litigation context involving the acquisition of a Brazilian company by a global investment leader, with amounts in dispute exceeding R$ 1 billion.
